Ribbon-Cutting Set for Opening of Iconic, Newly-Renovated Downtown Building

WHAT: Regional Chamber ribbon cutting for The Gallagher, newly-opened downtown complex
WHERE: The Gallagher, 23 N. Hazel Street, downtown Youngstown
WHEN: Friday, April 28 • 2:00-5:00 pm
WHY: The Gallagher is a historic downtown Youngstown building at the corner of Commerce and Hazel Streets that was constructed in 1904 and has been entered into the National Register by the U.S. National Park Service.

GreenHeart Companies undertook extensive renovations to the structure while retaining much of the character of its original exterior and interior.

The Gallagher will now feature 45 one- and two-bedroom apartments and efficiency suites as well as The Varsity Club, a restaurant and sports bar with an extensive outdoor patio.
